Our business was set up in 2006 and has thrived year on year due to our CAN DO approach in fulfilling our clients aspirations to deliver snag free projects.
Our team consists of a wide range of skills, we carry in house trades for all disciplines supported by a fleet of tracked vehicles, so we can react in an instant if required.
We believe that Customer Service is King, we operate a very proactive, hands on approach from MD to Van driver with availability 24/7 ‘Whatever it takes to get the job done’ is our motto and this personal service sets us head and shoulders above our competition.
Excellent communication and cross-team relationships are two critical areas which NRS focuses on as a key driver, from project inception to completion we aim to fully manage all client expectations.
We have very close ties and work in partnership with a number of Architects, Structural Engineers and M&E Contractors, this ensures you will receive a preferential service and benefit from preferred rates.
We believe it worthy to note, the majority of projects and activities we have carried out to date have been in live environments – this makes our teams fully aware of ‘soft management skills’ housekeeping and effective communication, this we believe will be key in the delivery of any schemes.

Our commitment to Health & Safety is second to none. We have an enviable track record that we are proud of and strive to preserve, protection of your staff, the public and our personnel is a key driver to NRS.
We stand behind our NRS Health & Safety Policy Manual. This is regularly reviewed to ensure we are abreast of current legislation and is issued to all our staff, setting out our aims and objectives, policy statement, procedures and responsibilities.
A large focus is placed upon training our staff, communication, competencies, suitability and maintenance of equipment, specific, reviewed and communicated RAMS, with internally and externally audited inspections.
Customer Satisfaction
We have established a series of management processes to capture information with Post Contract Reviews and Customer Satisfaction Feedback Reports.
We then apply the information gathered to continuously improve project quality and value.
Sustainability
We are extremely proactive in endeavouring to source sustainable materials and can offer alternatives for approval. The impact on the environment is very important to us at NRS. We care about our communities, our environment and our people.
